John Lennon Wall

day 32  //  prague

Today was a long, tiring day but a good one nonetheless! We got up around 9:30 in order to get breakfast and get ready before our walking tour at 10:45. First we saw the Charles Bridge and the John Lennon Wall.

Then we had a traditional three course meal, with beer (surprise), and I didn't drink it (surprise). Our first course was potato soup and bread, our second was beef with dumplings and cream sauce, and our third course was apple struedal.

It was so yummy but sooo filling. I don't know how they eat like that all the time. Then we went up to the top of the Prague Castle. There were awesome views of the whole city and there was even a Starbucks at the top with the adorable little outdoor seating area overlooking the city. We got some caffeine and sat and enjoyed the view for a bit.

Then I, along with a couple other girls, needed to go shopping for a couple things so the three of us went downtown for a quick shopping trip before we headed back to the hostel for a little downtime. Then we got ready for dinner at a nearby restaurant. After dinner we met up with one of my roommates' friends who are studying in Prague and hung out with them for a bit!

PS - My odd ex teacher added me on Facebook... I didn't accept him... This was one of his pictures. I felt the need to share it with you so you could all get a pretty good idea of what he was/is like.

(More photos of this weekend's excursions to come!)

Forgot which photos I took on which days so all the pictures from this trip will be on this post! Enjoy :)
